Job Summary
Title:
Finance Manager - AJOKBRs Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Finance Manager to support the Abadi LNG project one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government.
The Finance Manager will lead and oversee all financial activities for the Abadi Project. This role will be a leadership position that will provide end-to-end ownership of the projects financial operations including but not exclusive to the day-to-day bookkeeping project accounting invoicing tax compliance and banking.

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of AJO set-up (JV agreement Client contract Sponsor agreements) to ensure efficient processing of invoices and accurate bookkeeping
- Timely production of Direct Cashflow forecast and P&L reporting to aid in project understanding and the management of cashflow within the AJO
- Oversee tax compliance liaise with external auditors tax consultants and government authorities
- Coordinate with a Chennai-based finance team to streamline processes share best practices and optimize financial operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes
- Relationship owner and management of the AJO Partners regional Operational Lead and project director pertaining to all things Finance through the timely provision of management and KPI reporting on the health of the AJO
- Treasury function co-ordination in partnership with the KBR Group banking and bonding
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 9 years of directly related experience
- Proven experience in financial management or similar role (preferably 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks)
- Detail-oriented with high ethical standards & strong interpersonal communication skills
