- Deployment of Organizational Design Manage execute of OD matter in close coordination with related parties.
- Responsible to lead Workforce Planning
- Responsible to lead Recruitment
- Develop Annual people development & Training plan and its execution in line with Beiersdorf guideline & policy
- Analyse and provide advice of C&B policies execution including salary review to ensure appropriate action in line with policies and business needs in the area of strategic project
- Responsible to lead employee Performance Management
- Change Management and Business Transformation
- Maintain harmonious industrial/employee relations analyze and recommends the settlement of any industrial / employment issues within his/her functions in order to support productive employee/ relations and to support the achievement of short- and long-term company goals
- People Engagement Management
Your Profile
- Minimum Graduate degree from Any major from reputable university
- 4 6 years of experience in the same role preferrably from manufacturing or Project related to manufactur
- HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist
- HR Project Management
- Change Management
- Expert on Indonesia labor law and experienced on its compliance
