The Edmonton Police Service requires one (1) positive individual committed to providing exemplary customer service to assume the position of customer service representative in the Police Information Check & Alarm Control Section.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accurately processing police information check applications and preparing police information check certificates.
- Providing excellent customer service to police information check civil fingerprinting and alarm permit applicants.
- Collecting and processing fees for police information checks civil fingerprinting services and alarm permits and invoices.
- Responding to customer inquiries either on the phone in person or by electronic mail including reception desk cover.
- Performing general office duties including collecting and distributing mail in addition to other related duties as required.

Salary Range:
21B Salary Grade: 007 $24.441 - $30.346 (Hourly) $1955.30 - $2427.70 (Bi-Weekly) $51032.81 - $63362.45 (Annually).
The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
