Job Summary
Drive planning prioritization and execution ensuring alignment with aggressive schedules and quality and navigate complex technical and organizational challenges enabling timely and effective relationships across the organization to enhance communication and improve cross-functional trade-off discussions ensuring data-driven decision-making and stakeholder and maintain robust execution plans with clear milestones KPIs and reporting mechanisms. Continuously refine engineering processes and methodologies to optimize performance and a collaborative and transparent environment that promotes effective communication across teams and with leadership.

- 8 years of hands-on experience as an Algo / System / Design / Verification / Firmware Engineer in SoC development
- 3 years of management experience
- 3 years of wireless connectivity experience
- Excellent communication presentation social and leadership skills
- Experience in a multinational and cross-functional development environment
- Demonstrated ability to deep dive into technical details while driving program execution
- Strong ability to influence motivate and align large diverse teams toward program goals
- Willing to travel few times a year
- End-to-end program management experience across the full SoC lifecycle
- Experience utilizing AI tools for program management tasks to improve team productivity
- A strong passion for innovation in program management and continuous improvement
