Oracle Customer Success Services is a Global Line of Business within the Oracle Support Services Organization.
Focus area on Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients
- Understanding the clients business and technical needs
- Designing and presenting technical solutions that meet clients needs
- Coordinating with sales product development and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient solutions
- Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts
- Participate / Hands on for assigned project
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
- Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns
Experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PL and data querying techniques
- Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) tools eg Oracle data integrator (ODI) Oracle integration Cloud
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing technologies and business environments
- Knowledge in Python RestAPI is a plus
- Knowledge in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Oracle Hyperion Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) is a plus
