Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Expert to join our Finance Systems team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing implementing and maintaining Adaptive Planning solutions to support financial planning forecasting reporting and analysis. This role will partner closely with Finance FP&A and IT stakeholders to optimize planning processes and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Design configure and maintain models dashboards reports and templates in Workday Adaptive Planning.
Collaborate with Finance and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions.
Manage and optimize integrations between Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials/other enterprise systems.
Support budget forecast and long-range planning cycles ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and deliver training documentation and best practices for end-users.
Troubleshoot issues perform system testing and manage enhancements or upgrades.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3 years) working with Workday Adaptive Planning in a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A) accounting and corporate finance processes.
Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning model building reporting and dashboard design.
Knowledge of Workday Financials or other ERP/financial systems is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Fluent in English.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Information Systems or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
