Why This Role Matters
Were scaling fast and data is at the heart of every decision we make. We need someone who loves bringing order to chaos making sure data is clean and reliable and creating processes that help marketing sales and events teams understand exactly whats working and whats not.
This is a hands-on roleyoull be the one building processes connecting tools and making sure reporting works end-to-end. Your work will directly influence how we grow revenue and where we focus our efforts.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Area : What Youll Do
Data Management & Quality
Ensure all incoming data is clean consistent and standardized (naming conventions campaign setup taxonomy).
Build checks or alerts to catch data gaps or anomalies. Keep clear documentation so everyone knows how we do data.
Process Design & Rollout
Map out how data flows today (marketing CRM sales revenue).
Design simple scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to close gaps and avoid confusion.
Roll out processes across teams and ensure theyre followed.
Tooling & Integrations
Connect the dots between marketing platforms CRM event tools and analytics.
Ensure integrations run smoothly and data moves where it should.
Recommend and implement improvements when tools dont talk well.
Attribution & Reporting
Refine and set up attribution so we can see where leads opportunities and revenue come from.
Make sure results are reflected accurately in dashboards and reports.
Area: What Youll Do
Dashboards & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards for marketing and sales. Experience with dashboarding and BI tools (Power BI Looker Studio Tableau or similar) is a plus.
Deliver clear reporting: lead flow conversions ROI by channel event impact etc.
Translate data into actionable insightswhats working whats not.
Continuous Improvement
Keep optimizingspot gaps suggest fixes test new ideas.
Help drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the revenue teams.
What You Bring
- 24 years of experience in operations data ops or revenue/marketing operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a love for clean structured data.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools (and how they integrate).
- Reporting experience; ideally youve built dashboards in BI tools.
- Communication skills to work smoothly with marketing sales and events.
- Curious proactive and detail-orientedyou see problems before they become blockers. You seek out your own solutions experimenting and exploring new approaches instead of following the well-worn path.
Bonus points for: Knowledge of attribution models SQL or other data tools and experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
