Summary of the Job:

This internship opportunity role is within our Corporate Sponsorships team within the FNBO Corporate Marketing Group. The role will assist with the execution of all day-to-day activities and marketing efforts around all collegiate and corporate partnerships across FNN ensuring alignment with the FNBO brand and objectives to drive business and build enthusiasm and pride. Assist team in coordinating partnerships efforts with other marketing disciplines and FNN units partners and advertising agencies as necessary.

About This Role:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a liaison with collegiate and community partners for various events.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities with collegiate and community partners and help maximum benefits while ensuring alignment with FNBO brand.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sponsorship team on new and innovative ways to leverage partnerships.
  • Assist with campaign/project prioritization as assigned.
  • Work with manager to maintain yearly campaign calendars schedules and agendas.
  • Monitor and communicate progress of partnership projects events and promotions.
  • Support ticket assets/subscriptions and suite utilization for client and prospect entertainment.
  • Assist team with procurement on company store items as necessary and items for events as necessary.
  • Participate and/or lead the completion of assigned short-term projects requested by manager in particular campus ambassador program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student working towards a bachelors or advanced degree in related field.
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher after sophomore year.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to identify and recommend objective solutions to problems.
  • Ability to present information and reporting in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during summer.
  • Must work onsite 4 days per week.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Must be a current university student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field.

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
