ABOUT THE ROLE
The Athlete Services Liaison will be the primary liaison between Enhanced Games and the athletes ensuring strong communication and coordination across all departments. This role requires anindividual who excels at multitasking is highly organized and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships across diverse teams.
You will build strong relationships with athletes serving as their main point of contact for all logistics media coordination and general addition to supporting athlete onboarding scheduling and compliance you will act as an athlete liaison identifying issues or needs and proactively flagging them to the relevant departments for resolution.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Athlete Related Responsibilities
Coordinate Travel and Logistics for Training Camps: Arrange all travel accommodations and logistical needs for athletes ensuring seamless execution and compliance with individual requirements. To facilitate this includes global travel sometimes at high frequency.
Serve as Operational Hub: Manage daily schedules travel plans and communications acting as the central point of contact to streamline athlete and company interactions.
Facilitate Athlete Visas and Documentation: Secure necessary visas and travel documents for training camps competitions and public appearances ensuring timely compliance with international regulations.
Ensure Contractual Compliance: Monitor and enforce athletes adherence to contractual obligations including Athlete Agreements and Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements.
Collaborate with Performance and Medical Centers and Other Service Providers: Serve as the primary liaison with performance and medical centers and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of agreed services including an optimal experience that aligns training recovery and performance goals set by coaches sport science and medical experts..
Support Financial Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance: Assist athletes in establishing and managing enhanced financial systems including accounts payments and related services ensuring ongoing support and functionality.
Media Related Responsibilities
Primary Liaison and Coordination: Act as the main contact for athlete-facing media managing content requests scheduling approvals and ensuring athlete boundaries are communicated to the Brand Acceleration team to prevent filming issues.
Onboarding and Compliance: Conduct athlete onboarding using the Enhanced Games Media Onboarding Handbook secure signed release forms monitor contractual marketing obligations and track social media for brand alignment.
Pre- and Post-Production Support: Gather pre-shoot details (availability location preferences) monitor filming conditions address athlete concerns and assist with footage review or editorial adjustments.
Cross-Department Advocacy: Connect Production Editorial and Legal teams to ensure athlete needs and limits are respected while facilitating sponsor inquiries and championing transparency and consent.
Medical Related Responsibilities
Support for Athlete Onboarding: Ensure athletes have all necessary medical documents and information for a smooth onboarding process.
Facilitate Medical Appointments: Manage the scheduling and execution of mandatory contract medical screenings for athletes who sign with Enhanced Games.
Coordinate Medical Appointments: Schedule and manage athletes medical and performance science appointments and screenings.
Proactive Monitoring: Actively monitor athlete wellbeing to identify potential health medical or performance concerns early and promptly communicate these to the appropriate medical personnel to ensure timely evaluation support and resolution.
ABOUT YOU
7 years of executive level administrative experience supporting high level / C-suite executives.
Experience working in sports and directly with elite athletes coaches lawyers agents etc.
Event planning experience (ideally sporting events but other large scale events is sufficient)
Bachelors degree from a top university.
Powerful ability to communicate both verbally and in written format.
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic high-pressure fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America without sponsorship.
