What will you do:
Upsell:Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction retention and growth and propose new ideas alternative services for clients to spend more budget
Optimization: Work as liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management and to achieve higher performance
Retention:Work closely with clients to ensure the campaign achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level
Who you are:
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/ account management experience in advertising agencies/ e-commerce / direct response environment;
Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Google Facebook Line ads platform Twitter TikTok Native ads and content marketing;
Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies.
Deep understanding of the companys product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed;
Deep understanding of MediaOptions entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling;
Understanding of the countrys peculiarities knowing the main competitors prices advertising verticals and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint chart making and manipulation of large data sets;
Knowledge of English level - Upper Intermediate Thai - Advanced/ Native;
