Occupancy Planner

What this job involves: As an Occupancy Planner at JLL youll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow this role youll leverage your expertise to optimize space utilization enhance workplace efficiency and create environments where teams can thrive. Youll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop strategic occupancy plans that align with our clients business objectives and cultural values. By embracing innovative ways of working and prioritizing opportunities to strengthen your career youll contribute to JLLs mission of transforming the way people work shop and live.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Analyze current space utilization and develop data-driven occupancy strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement space plans.

• Conduct regular occupancy audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Manage space allocation requests and coordinate moves adds and changes.

• Develop and maintain occupancy reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in space utilization.

• Ensure compliance with workplace standards and regulations.

Work Schedule:

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Masters degree in Facilities Management or related field.

• Professional certifications (e.g. CFM IFMA).

• Experience with BIM software and technologies.

• Knowledge of sustainability practices in workplace design.

• Familiarity with change management principles.

• Experience in a global corporate environment.

• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in space planning and utilization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Architecture or related field.

• 5 years of experience in occupancy planning or related role.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and space management software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Knowledge of workplace trends and best practices in space utilization.
