Job Summary
Position: Bank Waitress/ Waiter
Salary: NLW
Hours: Bank Zero Hour Contract. (We need flexible availability around the hours of Mon- Thurs 8am-3pm; Fridays 8am- 2pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.)
Location: North Leeds Office
Benefits: Limited evening and weekend working service closed Friday night and most Saturdays a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.

As the Waiter / Waitress you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience at our restaurant café and in-house events by exhibiting excellent customer service and care.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area and function rooms
- Delivering food from the kitchen to guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Receiving payments for orders cash and electronic payment methods
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality and high standards of customer care.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours (availability on Sundays and occasional weekday evenings for pop up events)
