Job Summary
ASSISTANT SWIMMING TEACHER
(SATURDAYS)
10:00 12:00 - 14.76 per hour - zero hours contract
Commencing as soon as possible
Are you interested in helping others learn to swim
We are looking for a friendly motivated Assistant Swimming Instructor to support our
Learn To Swim Scheme and to help deliver high-quality fun and safe swimming lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead instructors in delivering structured swim lessons
Support students in and out of the water with technique and confidence
Help manage class safety behaviour and engagement
Set up and pack down pool equipment before and after classes
Provide encouragement guidance and a positive experience for all participants
What Were Looking For:
Enthusiasm for swimming and teaching
Great communication skills and a friendly attitude
Ability to work with children and beginners of all ages
Willingness to learn and take direction from lead instructors
Swimming Teacher Assistant qualification (or willingness to obtain)
