Job Summary
Project - the aim youll have
As a Delivery Manager youll be dedicated to one of our key clients a major provider of Private Cloud services. Youll be responsible for leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of both projects and managed services. At the same time youll play a crucial role in developing the business relationship with clients by identifying growth opportunities and expanding our service scope in areas such as networking virtualization OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows) automation cloud native solutions and observability.
Position - how youll contribute
- Leading and developing the delivery team working for the client in the Private Cloud domain
- Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client stakeholders
- Overseeing delivery of projects and managed services ensuring quality SLA compliance and operational excellence
- Identifying and driving business development opportunities within the client organization (upscaling scope and capabilities)
- Monitoring project scope profitability and margin contribution
- Managing recruitment onboarding and offboarding for assigned teams
- Formal handling of contracts clauses and service agreements forming the basis of cooperation with the client
Qualifications :
Expectations - the experience you need
- 5 years of experience in delivery or service management roles in cloud or IT infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing teams and developing business within client accounts
- Commercial experience in managing profitability scope and performance in multinational setups
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes SLA management and Managed Services operations
- Business and technical understanding of Private Cloud networking virtualization OS & Middleware Services automation cloud native solutions and observability
- Fluent English and Polish both written and spoken
