About MoEngage:
MoEngage is an insights-led customer engagement platform trusted by 1350 global consumer brands including McAfee Flipkart Dominos Nestle Deutsche Telekom and OYO. MoEngage combines data from multiple sources to help brands gain a 360-degree view of their customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate MoEngages ability to meet these goals
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers architectural solutions/environment
  • Work in concert with the Account Executives to build and adapt sales strategies and drive towards successful sales into Global companies
  • Assist in Sales stages such as demonstrations Proof of Concept presentations (POC) RFP responses & business justification in a technical pre-sales capacity
  • Ensure the success of customer POCs through effective management of success criteria planning and execution
  • Distil and advocate customer interests needs and product feedback to Product Management Engineering Marketing and Sales
  • Maintaining awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelise with customers and their feedback to MoEngage product management and engineering teams
  • Influence the improvement of Sales Engineering processes and practices
  • Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the integration and data management space
Requirements
  • At least 9 years of Presales/Solution consulting experience.
  • Leave people with the impression that you are really listening to them and understand their problem.
  • Should be known for being a team player. We just cant emphasize this enough.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity. You see opportunity and growth in learning more about what you do and how it Impacts others.
  • Should have experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.
  • Should have strong product solutioning acumen coupled with hands-on experience with SaaS platform integration.
  • Should have exemplary written verbal and presentation skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills.
  • Should have domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS Mobile APIs Marketing Automation DirectMarketing Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML).
  • Influence the improvement of Sales Engineering/presales processes and practices
