- Hardware Installation (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in setting up maintaining and upgrading computer hardware components including desktops laptops and peripherals.
- Networking Basics (Mandatory skill): Strong understanding of LAN WAN Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting network connectivity issues at the user level.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues quickly offering clear solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Hands-on experience in software installation updates and license management for commonly used business applications and utilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS installation configuration and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops within a corporate network.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Install configure and maintain desktop computers laptops printers and other IT hardware to support company operations.
