Job Summary

Seldin Company is hiring for a Lease-Up Manager to support leasing efforts at our current and upcoming communities across Texas. This role offers a salary of up to $58000 annually determined by experience certifications skills and education. Candidates must have experience with both Tax Credit and HUD programs and prior new apartment lease-up experience is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

The Lease Up Manager is responsible for leasing marketing and fostering positive resident relations at assigned LIHTC and affordable housing properties. This role combines expertise in affordable housing compliance sales marketing customer service and daily office administration. This role will ensure adherence to all affordable housing program requirements including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance while meeting the lease-up schedule and owners expectations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
