Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Civil Engineer to spearhead our water projects and site development initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role for an engineer passionate about sustainable solutions environmental restoration and innovative infrastructure design.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of environmental and water engineering solutions using advanced software (WaterGEMS EPANET InfoWater).
- Oversee project planning cost control and execution using MS Project and Primavera P6 to ensure timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Lead the development of technical proposals bids and feasibility studies for government and private sector projects.
- Supervise on-site activities related to land restoration flood and erosion control drainage improvement and sustainable water management systems.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams ensuring adherence to international codes and standards (ASTM ACI BS ISO Aramco).
- Represent the company in official meetings with clients consultants and regulatory authorities presenting clear and accurate technical reports.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
- Proven expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D WaterGEMS EPANET InfoWater Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations in the Gulf region and active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Professional certifications (preferred): PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner RMP CCP LEED AP ENV SP CMQ/OE NEBOSH/OSHA.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic with a solid understanding of the Saudi market.
