Job Summary
We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Control Shift Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.
Position: Quality Control Shift Supervisor
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses (including accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and established QC procedures.
- Manage team performance through motivation coaching and when necessary disciplinary action.
- Monitor and align workflows across departments ensuring consistent procedural compliance.
- Maintain and update internal documentation databases and performance reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Track and ensure timely completion of tasks in line with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with team members.
- Support effective internal communication and foster collaboration with other departments.
- Participate in team and management meetings contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain and manage inventory records and activity logs as required.
- Respond to correspondence in a timely manner and provide periodic updates to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Previous experience in quality control or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and quality monitoring tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong reporting documentation and organizational skills.
