Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist youll play a key role in delivering smooth and reliable customer experiences. By handling written communications youll troubleshoot issues guide users and ensure every interaction is clear and effective. This role is well-suited for those who value structured processes care deeply about customer satisfaction and want to grow in a tech-focused team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests via chat and email providing timely professional and helpful responses

  • Follow established workflows (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate cases when necessary

  • Consistently achieve service targets including quality benchmarks and SLA goals

  • Stay informed on product developments updates and best practices through regular training

  • Approach each case with a customer-first solutions-driven mindset

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements by sharing feedback and suggesting process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
