Overview

One of Cambodias most respected banks is looking for a Head of PMO to lead digital transformation. Youll oversee major IT initiatives across mobile banking payments data integration and customer platforms ensuring innovation that keeps the bank ahead of the curve.

What Youll Do

Drive delivery of high-impact digital & IT projects
Oversee mobile app upgrades eKYC real-time payments & super app features
Lead enterprise data & open banking/API integrations
Establish PMO standards and governance

What Were Looking For

Proven track record in managing complex IT programs (banking/fintech a big plus)
PMO certification preferred
Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
Hands-on expertise with Jira MS Project or similar
