The Chief Business Development Officer is responsible for driving the banks growth strategy expanding market share & developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on strategic partnerships innovative financial products and market expansion to ensure sustainable profitability and maintain a competitive position in the banking industry.

Experience in banking and micro finance on Product strategies product performance and digital banking
Main responsibilities
The CBO is responsible for driving the banks growth strategy through business expansion strategic partnerships and innovative financial products. Key duties include developing business plans monitoring market trends and competitors analyzing the performance of loans deposits and fee-based services and leading long-term strategy planning. The role also oversees customer satisfaction surveys market intelligence branding and product effectiveness to ensure sustainable profitability and competitiveness.
Main Requirements:
Masters in Finance/Banking/Economics (or related field) 10 years of business/market analysis (preferably in banking) strong leadership project management strategic planning and excellent communication skills in English.
Other key Benefits:
13th months salary
Performance Bonuses: up to 3 months of salary
Provident fund: 3% to 5% of salary depending on seniority
