Location:Athens Greece (on-site or remote options available)
Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)
Contract: Full-time
Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Join an international team and help provide top-quality assistance to customers across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
-Provide clear and accurate product and service information
-Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
-Maintain updated customer records and follow escalation procedures
-Achieve performance targets related to quality satisfaction and productivity
What Were Looking For:
-Native or near-native level Italian
-Strong English skills (C1 minimum)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Customer service experience preferred
-Comfortable with basic computer tools and CRM systems
-Willingness to work in rotating shifts

Base salary up to 1100 (depending on the project)
Rental agency fee paid by the company and support to find a permanent accommodation
