Compensation: Base uncapped commission (OTE $90k - $120k)

Were expanding and looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR/Account Executive/Inside Sales) to join our on-site team.

The Role

This is a consultative new business development role. Youll be responsible for:

  • Building your own pipeline through prospecting outreach and networking.
  • Introducing consultants and coaches to our proven assessment solutions.
  • Showing how TTI tools help them deliver better client outcomes increase referrals and scale their practices.
  • Guiding prospects from first conversation through to becoming a long-term partner.

No leads are handed to you success here comes from outbound prospecting relationship building and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound calls email LinkedIn outreach and industry networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new partner accounts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to consultants coaches and trainers.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on buyer trends prospect needs and industry insights.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Track activity and pipeline accurately in HubSpot/CRM.

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years B2B sales experience (BDR SDR Account Executive Inside Sales or Business Development).
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and close new business.
  • Strong consultative selling skills able to uncover needs and guide prospects to solutions.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound prospecting.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication presentation and closing abilities.
  • Passion for helping professionals grow their business and serve clients better.
