Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Deployment Operations Manager to manage and streamline the delivery of our software solutions to clients. The ideal applicant will head a team in charge of coordinating and carrying out deployment strategies while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency. This position necessitates a combination of strong management skills technical understanding and a desire to optimize deployment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire software solution deployment process ensuring that our clients receive their solutions on time and accurately.

- Lead a team of deployment specialists offering advice training and support to help them perform better.

- Create and implement deployment methods to maximize resource allocation and reduce downtime.

- Work with cross-functional teams including product management development and customer support to guarantee a smooth transition from development to implementation.

- Identify process inefficiencies and execute changes to increase deployment quality and efficiency.

- Track deployment data and generate frequent reports for upper management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues to ensure client satisfaction.

- Stay up to date on industry developments and technologies to ensure that deployment methods and tactics remain current.

Education and experience:

- A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years of experience in deployment operations or a comparable function.

- Proven track record in team management and project leadership.

- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.

- Prior experience with cloud platforms and services is preferred.

Annual Salary:

- Competitive yearly pay ranges from $90000 to $120000 based on experience and credentials.
