Job Summary
We are seeking a Vacation Specialist to join our remote this role you will work with clients to plan and book customised vacations. Youll research destinations create tailored itineraries and manage all bookings while delivering outstanding service at every stage of the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel style preferences and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations accommodations and activities.
- Design and present personalised vacation itineraries.
- Arrange bookings for flights hotels transfers and excursions.
- Provide support before during and after client travel.
- Stay up to date with travel industry trends suppliers and special offers.
Qualifications
- Passion for travel and creating unique client experiences.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role.
- Experience in travel hospitality or customer service is helpful but not required.
- Must be a citizen of the United Kingdom United States Mexico or Australia.
