As a Front End Engineer youll be in charge of designing building and improving user-facing features that provide a smooth easy-to-use and high-performance experience. Use tools like Jest Cypress or something similar to come up with keep up with and improve front-end testing plans.
Make sure that all web interfaces follow accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1.
Keep up with the latest front-end trends new technologies and best practices in the field and push for constant improvement.
When needed use root cause analysis to troubleshoot and fix complicated UI problems.
Work with backend engineers to connect APIs and make sure data flows smoothly.
Write style guides component libraries and technical best practices to help with documentation.
Necessary Qualifications
A bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or a related field or the same amount of experience.
More than two years of professional experience with front-end development.
You should know how to use JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3 well.
You should have worked with at least one modern front-end framework like React Angular or .
Knowledge of state management patterns like Redux MobX and Vuex.
You should know how to integrate RESTful APIs and write code that runs at the same time.
Good at debugging and making things run faster.
Familiar with version control systems like Git.
Good at talking to and working with others; can work well with people from different departments.
Paying attention to details and making sure that UI experiences are of high quality.
Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 to $70.00 per hour
