Position Overview
We are seeking experienced cold-calling professionals fluent in Swedish to join a short-term project with for a client starting October 3 2025.
Your role will be to call plumbers and technicians invite them to an exclusive event hosted by the client and capture their basic information if they are interested in attending.
This is a fully remote opportunity with training provided.

Project Details

Location: Remote
Training Date: October 3 2025
Campaign Duration: 2 weeks (starting October 3)
Shift: MondayFriday 9 AM 5 PM CET (up to 20 hours per week depending on language volumes)
Recruitment Deadline: October 2 2025

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to plumbers and AC technicians.
Engage prospects professionally and invite them to the event.
Collect and record basic attendance information.
Answer simple event-related questions.
Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign success.

Requirements

Languages: fluency in Swedish
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Experience in cold calling telemarketing or customer outreach preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly engaging approach
Ability to handle rejection professionally and keep a positive attitude
