$26.80 - $40.20A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

Education Qualifications
- Associates degree in facilities maintenance facilities management or related field is required.
- May consider 2 years of equivalent college coursework in a related trade of maintenance field; completion of a trade apprenticeship (i.e. HVAC Electrical Plumbing Electronics Clinical Engineering); or 3 years healthcare facilities or maintenance experience in lieu of Associates degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years of healthcare facilities or maintenance experience is required.
- 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
- 1 year of experience in a field such as HVAC Electrical Plumbing Electronics Clinical Engineering or related field is required.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Certification in a trade field such as (HVAC Electrical Plumbing Electronics Clinical Engineering) is preferred.
- State certification under Mechanic Evaluation and Certification for Healthcare (MECH) or American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) is preferred.
- Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction procedures including Interim Life Safety Measure (ILSM) is preferred.
