SUMMARY: The Campus Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a welcoming productive environment at the Boulder Galvanize campus. This part-time as-needed position supports a range of operational functions including front desk coverage event logistics facilities upkeep member support and vendor coordination. The schedule for this role will vary depending on campus needs and may fluctuate week to week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and members embodying Galvanizes mission and values.
Provide front desk coverage during business hours as needed.
Welcome and direct event attendees and visitors.
Support logistics for internal and external events including room bookings and guest check-ins.
Manage member experience budgets related to food beverages and general campus hospitality.
Organize the mailroom and maintain office supply inventory.
Assist with campus upkeep including snack stocking dishwashing and coffee preparation.
Respond promptly to member and guest needs escalating concerns to the Sales Manager as appropriate.
Conduct routine maintenance checks (weekly monthly quarterly) and report issues for resolution.
Coordinate with vendors for services repairs and improvements and ensure timely invoice processing.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on member onboarding including suite setup and AV/IT coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with members vendors and external partners.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support overall campus function.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Effective communicator both written and verbal
Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people daily
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and awareness
Creative thinker and quick problem solver
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Able to pass the required background check
Social media experience preferred
Interest in growing within the Galvanize community
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience in hospitality customer service or a similar community-oriented role
Previous experience in the startup space is a plus
Experience with Vendor and Facility management
Desire to occasionally take on stretch projects outside daily responsibilities

This is an office-based position. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers printers light foot traffic).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride Inc. considers a persons education experience and qualifications as well as the positions work location expected quality and quantity of work required travel (if any) external market and internal value when determining a new employees salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors the positions level and expected contribution and the employees benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate this position will pay between $13.35 - $25.08.This salary is not guaranteed as an individuals compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include but are not limited to geographic location experience training education and local market conditions.
