Act as the first responderfor production incidents and exceptions ensuring quick triage and resolutionof critical issues.
Collaborate with development QA and architecture teamsto improve observability logging and alertingacross the application stack.
Handle deployment and configurationof the ACB solution in production environments.
Monitor the functionality and performanceof the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.
Create and maintain operational playbooksand SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.
Participate in Agile ceremoniesincluding sprint planning backlog grooming and DevOps activities.
Mentor junior engineers providing guidance and support to help them grow.
Work closely with global teams and stakeholdersacross time zones to ensure seamless operations.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field.
Minimum5years of experiencein managing and operating enterprise-grade applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools Azure DevOpspreferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages(e.g. Python Bash) and relational databaseslike PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Experience in deploying and managing cloud-native applicationsusing AWS services.
Exposure to the telecom billing domainis a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotationand handle production support.
