Compensation & Rewards:

• Hourly Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
• $1500 Signing Bonus for 2 years experience
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses up to $1500 quarterly
• Training Bonuses up to $3000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training

What youll do:

• Gain hands-on experience with advanced diagnostic tools and technologies building expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across a wide range of equipment
• Perform safety inspections preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment
• Work on vac trucks hydro vacs street sweepers refuse/recycling trucks and more
• Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service
• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean safe workspace
  
  

What you bring:

• 3 years experience working in a mechanic / technician role
• Ambition to expand your skills and experience
• Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Mus have valid drivers license with clean driving record
