Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to enhance physical and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
Prevent the onset or progression of impairments functional limitations and disabilities.
Document patient goals anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation.
Promote wellness and fitness in line with patient health and movement goals.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or general orthopedic physical therapy.
Licensed Physical Therapist.
Manual therapy and orthopedic skills preferred.
Strong communication collaboration and leadership skills.
