Location: Stavanger

Clientis seeking a highly skilled and proactiveAdvanced Project Completion Engineerto take on the role ofCommissioning Leadfor the MODA project. This position is critical to ensuring safe and efficient handovers from project to operations with a strong focus on HSSEQ throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with operations and project alliance members to establish and maintain a handover hierarchy and strategy with a strong HSSEQ focus.
Provide input to commissioning estimates and ensure alignment with project scope and planning.
Participate in the development of installation and commissioning plans.
Manage interfaces within the Mods Alliance other project alliances PRO and Operations to ensure safe and effective handovers according to project milestones.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers delivering services materials and equipment for commissioning.
Manage the PIMS CMS database for the project portfolio.
Ensure appropriate commissioning discipline resources are in place to:
- Witness FAT/SAT tests as required.
- Develop review and implement commissioning procedures.
- Execute the commissioning scope.
- Support a smooth transition from project to operations.
Provide input to the Completion Lead for asset 12-week planning meetings.
Identify discipline and ATS requirements for ongoing projects and communicate them in weekly Alliance 6-week POB meetings.
Ensure commissioning job cards are delivered with the expected quality and readiness.
Build strong stakeholder relationships with:
- Discipline Leads
- Shutdown Coordinators
- OCL
- PRO
- Other project alliance members
Participate in offshore morning meetings and ensure plan attainment and performance of integration activities.
Prepare commissioning input for monthly project reporting in line with project routines.
Ensure RFOC for assigned projects is delivered on time within budget and without HSSEQ issues.
Support the Mods Alliance in developing and following up on annual strategic initiatives through the delivery line.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in commissioning and project completion within offshore or complex industrial environments.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with PIMS CMS and commissioning procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines.
