Crew Short Term Planner

Purpose of the position:
The Crew Short Term Planner oversees and recovers the published crew roster ensuring efficiency compliance with regulations and driving system and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Recovering crew schedule and line training plan after operational disruptions outside the 72-hour window
- Planning crew routes based on the schedule and duty rules
- Optimizing the crew roster to ensure the highest crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements
- Taking responsibility for roster fatigue and the wellbeing of crew members
- Leading process and system improvement initiatives
- Managing cross-functional projects in cooperation with various stakeholders (Crew Control Crew Planning Cabin and Flight Operations Training Human Resources)
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management
Requirements:
- Experience with AIMS Crew and Ops systems is a plus
- Knowledge of working rules limitations and rest requirements is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of crew scheduling regulations and systems
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Fluent spoken and written English
Working hours:
- Working in 10 hours shifts (office hours 8 AM to 6 PM 7/7)
