What Youll Do

  • Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients.

  • Write and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and behavior support plans.

  • Provide clinical oversight and program modification to ensure measurable accelerated patient progress.

  • Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians to promote delivery of high-quality services.

  • Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure strategies extend beyond sessions.

  • Manage assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours.

  • Offer staff development training and modeling for team members and caregivers.

  • Ensure compliance with BACB state and federal regulations.

  • Meet regularly with your Area Director to review cases discuss barriers and strategize solutions.

  • Collaborate with funding sources as needed.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

  • Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D (required).

  • Experience: 2 years developing or implementing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders.

  • Skills: Strong leadership communication and time management abilities.
