Job Summary

PPS is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist skilled in set-ups and operation to produce precision parts for our customers in the semiconductor aerospace defense and other industries.

This is a full-time permanent position in a NEW air conditioned building with a highly competitive pay rate second-to-none benefits and room for advancement!

Responsibilities:

Run and Edit CNC Programs
Read and follow traveler instructions
Operate lathes

Perform All Set Ups

Load and unload material and parts
Measure and document inspection data
Measure document maintain or improve on established production standards
Read and interpret almost all blueprint dimensions symbols and notes
Document counts
Organize clean and maintain work area
Complete discrepant tag information
Communicate with Engineering on issues needs and improvements
Perform All Set Ups
Other functions as deemed appropriate
