Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Delivery Lead Data & AI position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Toronto ON. This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Data and AI Delivery Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology - a proactive problem-solver who can guide high-velocity projects to successful delivery. As the Delivery Lead you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring seamless coordination clarity in execution and impactful delivery of AI and data solutions. You dont need to write code but a strong understanding of modern technology and deployment practices is essential to communicate effectively and drive results. Your work will directly influence the success of AI-powered initiatives that solve complex real-world problems at scale.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Act as a bridge between cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders
- Translate complex business challenges into clear actionable requirements
- Apply strong business analysis skills to frame problems and guide solutioning
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Take full ownership and accountability for delivery timelines and outcomes
- Foster collaboration across data and analytics engineers AI teams and business partners
- Navigate ambiguity learn on the fly and respond to issues with a solution-oriented mindset
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and inspire confidence in delivery
What Youll Need to Have:
- Proven experience in delivery leadership project management or consulting in data or AI environments
- Advanced business analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of technology project lifecycles from design to deployment
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure fast-moving environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and accountability
- Familiarity with Agile and PMP methodologies and tools
- Bachelors degree in Business STEM or a related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset
Pay Range:$70-$75/hr CAD
