Do you know TikTok and Instagram inside out Are you the first to jump on a new trend tweak a caption to spark conversation or find the perfect way to game the algorithm Were looking for a Social Media Coordinator whos passionate about building communities driving engagement and making social content work smarter for our brands.
What youll do
- Build grow and manage thriving online communities turning followers into loyal fans.
- Create and share trend-driven scroll-stopping content across TikTok Instagram and other key platforms.
- Experiment with social commerce tools like TikTok Shop to boost engagement and conversions.
- React quickly to cultural moments with creative on-brand posts that maximise reach.
- Partner with influencers and creators to deliver campaigns with real impact.
- Tailor captions and assets for each platform to make the most of algorithms and audience behaviour.
- Collaborate with PR Communications and Trade Marketing teams on campaigns content and research.
What were looking for
- Proven experience in social media management community building and content creation.
- Demonstrated success across TikTok Instagram and social commerce.
- A strong track record in influencer marketing campaigns.
- Someone obsessed with spotting and creating content around the latest trends.
- A creative eye plus the ability to react fast with posts that cut through.
- Organised collaborative and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
- Passion for beauty and lifestyle trends.
