PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Exciting Opportunity:Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.
• Ideal Candidate:Leadership skills energetic team-player passionate about patient care in the Northland.
• Support & Development:Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.
• High-Quality Practice Model: 1. Integrates 4 MDs 2 APCs Registered Nurse Clinic Assistants and other support staff. 2. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.
• Specialty Outreach Services:Weekly visits to the clinic fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.
• Clinic Hours:7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint.
• Hospital Rounding:Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake MN if desired.
• Medical Records:EPIC system.

COMPENSATION

• $323400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
