Lexus of Northborough is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious Lexus dealership. As the HR Manager you will be a key player in shaping our company culture and ensuring our employees have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management providing guidance on performance management conflict resolution and career development.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the Lexus Certification training program.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure the dealerships HR practices are in full compliance with all federal state and local labor laws. Develop and update company policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records manage HRIS systems and prepare relevant reports.
Culture & Engagement: Champion our company culture organizing and leading initiatives to boost employee morale engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Automotive experience a plus.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
A positive proactive and professional demeanor.
