As a Senior Urban Designer you ll play a key role in delivering large-scale high and low density masterplans and public realm projects that prioritise sustainability inclusivity and design excellence.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior designers
- Oversee design delivery from concept to technical documentation
- Champion design quality innovation and sustainability
- Drive strategic communication with stakeholders and clients
- Lead contextual analysis and community engagement
- Manage project budgets resources and timelines
- Contribute to studio-wide strategic initiatives
- 5 years experience in a senior urban design role
- Strong portfolio of low and high-density housing projects
- Mastery of placemaking and urban design principles
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Rhino SketchUp Adobe Suite GIS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of UK building regulations and fire safety
- Professional degree in Urban Design Architecture or Landscape Architecture
