The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in fostering the emotional social and intellectual development of young children. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement educational activities that facilitate childrens cognitive and emotional growth.
- Promote positive behavior and language development through various instructional methods and effective communication with children.
- Assess childrens progress and adapt the learning framework to meet individual requirements.
- Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children s development and learning.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
- Work as part of a team to deliver the nurserys overall educational goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- No specific educational qualification required; experience will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is desirable.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children within an educational or nursery setting.
Salary & Benefits
