Medical Affairs Intern

We are looking for a Medical Affairs Intern to join our Canada Medical Affairs Team based out of Oakville ON CA (hybrid 2 days per week onsite)

About the role

Join a dynamic and cross-functional Patient Value team where your voice matters and your contributions drive impact. As a Medical Intern supporting the Immunology Medical team youll gain exposure to multiple functional areas building a broad foundation of knowledge and experience in a fast-paced purpose-driven environment.

What youll do

• Partner with the Medical Head to support key processes and ensure effective implementation and oversight of the medical strategic and communication plan.
• Contribute to projects that shape patient value delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to generate insights and develop meaningful impact.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Interested For this position youll need the following education experience and skills:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Health Sciences.
• Experience: Previous work co-op or internship experience in a healthcare or life sciences setting is preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented cross-functional environment.
• Mindset: Solutions-focused curious and eager to learn.
• Organization: Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Teams PowerPoint); experience with CRM and digital platforms is a plus.
• Industry Insight: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
