Somnia Anesthesia a physician-owned and clinician-led anesthesia group is looking for CRNAs to join our growing team at Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospitalin Hazleton PA.

- W2 compensation: $301600 annually
- $145/hourly rate
- $50K in Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
- 6 weeks PTO $4000 CME

Opportunity Details
- 4 ORs 150 beds L4 Trauma Level 1 NICU
- 3 ORs start 7 am to 3 pm;1 room 7 am to 6 pm
- 2600 cases General ortho urology No hearts heads trauma neuro peds OB (500 deliveries)

- EMREPIC

- Active state license DEA State CDS
- Board certification Board eligible if in process
- ACLS PALS
