Job Description
Oracle Fusion Security Specialist
Denton TX
Mid-Level position
Job Responsibilities include:
- Administer and manage user roles permissions and security configurations within Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM ERP EPM).
- Design and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure compliance and minimize security risks.
- Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions including SSO MFA and automated provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Monitor user activity and access patterns detect anomalies and support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure auditable access models.
- Maintain documentation and stay current on security trends tools and compliance standards like FERPA and HIPAA.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information security Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Security administration.
- Proven expertise in managing RBAC SoD and Oracle Security Console across HCM ERP and EPM modules.
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions including SSO MFA and automated provisioning/de-provisioning processes
Work Environment
Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear concise accurate and timely communication both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers management and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
