Qualifications/Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Experience in a school or district setting is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Exceptional skills working with parents staff members coworkers and the public. Excellent communication skills including spelling and grammar. Ability to maintain confidentiality. General knowledge of office management techniques and equipment. High level of structure organization and efficiency. General skill in operating personal computer equipment and related office software; ability to analyze and interpret policies and procedural guidelines. Advanced typing and word processing skills. Positive and efficient telephone operating skills. Ability to prepare effective correspondence on routine matters and to perform routine office management details without referral to supervisor. Ability to focus on task at hand - bring to quick and insightful conclusion. Experience with Skyward Student Information System Google Applications Websites and Student Testing Platforms preferred.

Specific Tasks:
Support strategic action plans related to the Department of Teaching and Learning. Complete reporting requirements to the Department of Education or other entities. Coordinate department newsletter and support website updates. Assist with overall budget tracking in district systems. Provide general administrative support for Teaching and Learning Committees. Assist the Teaching and Learning Department with district assessments including rostering test administration Chromebook configuration and assessment reporting. Convert/enter district-level and course assessments into LMS assessment platforms. SupportTeaching & Learning Coordinators with general administrative tasks. Order receive distribute and inventory physical curriculum and digital resources. Maintain documentation for the Teaching and Learning Department Curriculum budget. Communicate with building administrative assistants and staff regarding orders. Generate district professional development CEUs through Google Forms and Sheets. Reserve and set up facilities for Professional Development sessions. Update the staff Professional Development website. Prepare timesheets for professional development sessions as directed. Configure users and support the Teachers Development and Evaluation System
