genU is looking for a motivated and service-orientated individual who shows a practical approach to their work and wants to make a difference in the lives of people living with will report to the Area Manager Employment and handle the onboarding of supported employees wage assessments skill development planning and provides a safety focus for supported employees in a commercially productive employment environment.

What youll do

• Collaborate with supported employees on how to promote their skills and work attribute development then translating that into goal setting
• Have awareness of positive behaviour support planning processes and implementation
• Maintain professional associations and actively promoting genU through community involvement
• Follow safety processes and procedures and ability to communicate those details to supported employees
• Maintain current information on the document management system

What youll bring

• The ability to understand and empower supported employees and to help them to learn and grow to lead the way in their lives.
• Continuous improvement mindset - always looking for new ways to do things in supporting the growth of employees work skills and attributes.
• Strong administration skills experience using document management systems

(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)
