Job Description
What will you do:
- Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction retention and growth and propose new ideas alternative services for clients to spend more budget
- Optimization: Work as liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management and to achieve higher performance
- Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaign achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level
Requirements
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/ account management experience in advertising agencies/ e-commerce / direct response environment;
- Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Google Facebook Line ads platform Twitter TikTok Native ads and content marketing;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies.
- Deep understanding of the companys product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed;
- Deep understanding of MediaOptions entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling;
- Understanding of the countrys peculiarities knowing the main competitors prices advertising verticals and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint chart making and manipulation of large data sets;
- Knowledge of English level - Upper Intermediate Thai - Advanced/ Native;
