Job Summary
License Practical Nurse (LPN)- Eve Shift
Location: Bennington VT 05201
Duration: 13-weeks Contract
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1360 - $1520; (Negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patients vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Document patient care treatment and observations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
Required Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Active and Valid LPN license.
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving patients.
